Thanks for your interest in our CRM afftiate program. To get started, please complete and submit this form. As part of the process, you'll be required to read and accept our Affilate Policy. Once we receive your application, we'll review it and, if approved, we'll contact you to schedule a meeting and share the next steps.

IDX Affiliate Agreement

Let me explain the rules for joining and participating in the IDX Affiliate Program, where you can earn commissions by referring customers to IDX services.

1. How the Program Works

  • You receive a unique affiliate link.

  • When someone uses your link and buys an eligible IDX service, you may earn a commission.

  • The official rules, percentages, and updates are always published in the Affiliate Portal, which overrides other communications if there’s a conflict.

2. How You Earn Commissions

  • You earn:

    • 30% of the monthly fee for the first 12 months of a paying customer.

    • 10% ongoing after month 12, as long as the customer continues paying.

  • Only certain IDX services qualify (as listed in the portal).

  • Commissions are only paid on successful, valid payments (no refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or cancellations).

  • There is a 15-day validation period before commissions are approved.

  • Payments are made on the 15th of the following month after approval.

  • There is no minimum payout requirement.

  • Payments are made in USD via PayPal or bank transfer.

3. What You Must Do

  • Follow all marketing and advertising laws.

  • Clearly disclose that you earn a commission.

  • Provide truthful, accurate information about IDX services.

  • Keep your contact and payment information updated.

  • Be responsible for your own marketing methods and costs.

4. What You Cannot Do (Zero Tolerance)

You may NOT:

  • Send spam.

  • Pretend to be IDX or an official IDX representative.

  • Use your own affiliate link to earn commissions on yourself.

  • Manipulate tracking or cookies.

  • Offer unauthorized incentives (cashback, discounts, etc.).

  • Run ads using the IDX brand name without written permission.

  • Create fake accounts or artificial affiliate networks.

Violations can result in immediate termination and loss of commissions.

5. Brand Usage

  • You may use IDX logos and materials only as approved.

  • You cannot modify them or make them look like official IDX channels.

  • If your account ends, you must stop using all IDX materials.

6. Tracking Rules

  • Cookies last 180 days.

  • If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, attribution follows the rules in the portal.

  • IDX does not guarantee tracking if users block cookies or switch devices.

7. Sub-Affiliates (If Enabled)

  • You may refer other affiliates (sub-affiliates).

  • You can earn additional commissions from their sales, if the portal allows it.

  • Fake or abusive multi-account structures are prohibited.

8. Existing Leads Rule

You do not earn commissions if:

  • The customer was already an IDX customer.

  • The lead was already in IDX’s system.

  • IDX had prior contact with them in the last 180 days.

9. Disputes

  • You have 30 days to dispute a commission.

  • IDX’s system records and final decision control disputes.

10. Termination

  • IDX can suspend or terminate you for rule violations.

  • You must stop using links and branding immediately if terminated.

  • Approved commissions earned before termination may be paid (unless termination was for serious misconduct).

11. Legal Terms

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee.

  • You are responsible for your own taxes.

  • Disputes are handled through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.

  • Liability is limited.

  • Florida law governs the agreement.

  • How commissions are earned and paid

  • What marketing behavior is allowed

  • What actions are prohibited

  • How disputes and terminations are handled

If you participate in the IDX Affiliate Program, you agree to follow these rules, and the Affiliate Portal is the final authority on percentages, tiers, and operational details.
