Project Mission
The mission of this project was to transform Piaget Academy's online experience by building a modern, functional website that represents their educational philosophy and caters to the needs of parents. By focusing on customization and efficiency, we aimed to create a digital environment that fosters family connection and showcases the academy’s educational offerings.

Client Needs
The client required a complete website overhaul, as the previous design and functionality were outdated, making it difficult for parents to explore the academy's services.
Specific Goals
Create a modern, professional digital presence that reflects the academy’s values and philosophy.
Improve site accessibility to ensure a seamless experience on mobile devices.
Facilitate access to key information about educational programs for families.
Integrate contact features and social media connectivity.
Implement SEO optimization and content strategies to enhance online visibility.

Academy and Audience Research: We conducted a thorough analysis of the academy's values, mission, and structure to develop a website aligned with their identity and the needs of their target audience.
Market Study and Buyer Persona Definition: Detailed profiles were created for the target audience. For example:

Profile: Hispanic mother, full-time worker, with children ages 4 and 8. She prioritizes a family-oriented environment and seeks a preschool offering safety and values.
Goals: Clear information, community support, and an environment where her children can thrive.
Characteristics: Prioritizes her children's education and future. Seeks reliable educational resources and a supportive family environment.
Profile: Single African American father with children ages 3 and 10. He values solid education and teamwork and discipline.
Goals: Quick and easily digestible educational resources to fit his busy lifestyle.
Characteristics: Values effort, discipline, and education for his children and needs quick, accessible resources to support their learning.

Competitor Analysis: We reviewed the websites of other local institutions (ABC Learning Center, Sunshine Kids Preschool, Little Stars Academy) to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, emphasizing differentiators on Piaget Academy’s site, such as a holistic approach, healthy meals, and advanced safety protocols.
Critical Review of Existing Website: The previous site had design, functionality, and SEO issues. Navigation was unintuitive, and the lack of mobile optimization hindered user experience.

Aesthetic Redesign: We created a clean, modern design using a soft color palette to achieve a welcoming, professional aesthetic. The visual structure was designed to reflect the academy's identity.
Mobile Optimization: A responsive version of the site was developed to ensure smooth navigation on phones and tablets, enhancing accessibility on any device.
New Features: Added a contact form and social media integration.
Technical and Content SEO: We conducted keyword research to rank the site in relevant searches. We improved meta tags, URL structure, and employed advanced on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Adapted Content: We crafted detailed service descriptions to convey the benefits of each program, connecting with family values.
